2. Product Information

LHYTE products are food supplements. They are intended to be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and should not be used as a substitute for one. Any health or nutrition claims made about our products are limited to those authorized under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 (the EU Nutrition and Health Claims Regulation). If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use. Our products are manufactured in compliance with EU food supplement regulations (Directive 2002/46/EC) and Spanish national legislation.

We make every effort to display product colors, images, and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product appearance.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

4. Payment Processing

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Your payment information is encrypted and we do not store complete card details on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on most orders, without giving any reason. Full details, including exceptions and how to start a return, are set out in our Returns & Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to automatic deliveries, you agree to recurring charges at the selected frequency. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time - either by signing in to your account portal or by emailing info@lhyte.com - with at least 3 business days' notice before your next scheduled delivery. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled charge. See our Cancellation Policy for full details. We reserve the right to update subscription pricing or terms with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LHYTE and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LHYTE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, and our liability for other losses is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any statutory rights you have under the EU legal guarantee of conformity (Directive 2019/771) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Food supplements should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. If you have any medical conditions or are taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your right, under EU consumer protection law, to bring proceedings in the courts of the EU member state where you are domiciled. Where that mandatory protection does not apply, disputes are subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
